Role Overview
The role involves complete ownership and accountability for R&D Finance and SRM data, leading a team, and driving the uptake and leveraging of automation and AI. The position requires a customer-focused approach to enable optimal decision making for GSK R&D and patients through data.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include complete ownership and accountability for R&D Finance and SRM data, interfacing with the Tech organisation, leveraging AI and Automation, and ensuring robust and auditable data is available for external enquiries and analyses.

Requirements
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience in roles covering finance, data management, and technology, including automation or AI
- Experience preparing and presenting financial or data analysis to senior leaders
- Experience applying continuous improvement or Agile methods and implementing automation or AI solutions
- Experience leading and developing teams across more than one location
