We are seeking a confident, collaborative leader to lead strategic engagement with key oncology and hematology accounts across India. The role involves building trusted relationships with hospitals, cancer centres, clinicians and healthcare networks, and working closely with medical, market access, marketing and commercial colleagues to create solutions that improve patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector
- Proven track record in key account management or strategic customer partnership roles
- Practical knowledge of the Indian oncology and/or hematology landscape
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a local language is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
