As a Regional Sales Manager – CVMD, the purpose of the role is to drive business impact and vaccine access through full accountability for key accounts and stakeholder engagement of CVMD HCPs (Cardio, Endo, Nephro). The role serves as the orchestrator of cross-functional collaboration with full accountability for ensuring availability, endorsement, recommendation and sale of Adult Vx in the allocated accounts.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant science or business background (MBA is a plus)
- 3-4 years’ of proven leadership track record of success in either or a combination of CVMD focus sales in private market, key account management
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering account and channel marketing strategies
- Clear and influential communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated planning ability and strong organizational and executional skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Creative problem solving and analytical thinking
- Strong customer orientation
- Disease state & patient journey knowledge (Possess basic knowledge of the causes, progression, and impact of CVMD on patients)
- Customer insight & advancement
- Account penetration & stakeholder management
- Accountability and ownership in creating innovative business plans and solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability for negotiation and project management skills
