Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer (Developer) who combines strong platform development expertise with a passion for delivering modern, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native automation. Develop integrations to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience with AI, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of FOUR (4) years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, permission sets, sharing, and declarative configuration.
• Experience designing and building integrations using REST and SOAP API, and asynchronous processing including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with source-driven development: Salesforce DX, Git, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and structured release management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• An active federal security clearance (Secret or higher).
