What You Will Do
Be part of a Global People Operations team supporting global processes in multiple countries. Drive operational excellence by maintaining living and breathing standard operating procedures. Ensure all service standards are met as per the agreed Service Level Agreements.

Requirements
- 3+ years relevant HR Operations experience in an international organization
- Professional and social skills needed to establish trust with our employees and internal customers
- Experience implementing process improvements in the People process that provide exceptional employee experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in other HR functions and internal partners across the organization
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Workday and any case management system experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory
- Data and analytics experience is a strong plus
