Program Owner, EMEA Field & Cross-Persona Enablement

Role Overview

As Program Owner for Regional Enablement in EMEA, you will turn business needs into learning that helps teams win across two focus areas: owning a portfolio of programs for EMEA Sales, PS, and CS, and serving as the EMEA execution partner for global enablement programs.

What You Will Do

You will be accountable for design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs, including owned programs and cross-persona execution support. You will also partner with global GTM Program Owners and review, adapt, and localize content for EMEA delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in enablement, learning & development, onboarding, or related fields within enterprise software
• 1–2 years facilitating live or virtual training
• Instructional design and facilitation: advanced curriculum design, learning activities, dynamic presentation/facilitation
• Business acumen and P&C industry knowledge to ensure strategic relevance and practical adoption
• Complex project management: plan and execute multi-workstream programs
• Communication and adaptability: excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strategic stakeholder collaboration: influence alignment with EBPs, global program owners, and cross-functional leaders
• Language Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
• AI- fluency in content creation, program execution, and workflow automation
