Role Overview
The Senior Product Operations Manager owns the operational rhythms of the Applications portfolio and serves as the execution partner to the Director, Product Strategy & Operations.
What You Will Do
Manage the recurring operational rhythms of Core Applications, including reporting, release support, documentation, onboarding, planning coordination, and tooling administration.

Requirements
- 5+ years in product operations, program/project management, PMO, or a comparable operational role
- Strong operational discipline and program-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI to operational work and familiarity with Agentic SDLC
- Analytical fluency with reporting and dashboards, and the judgment to connect operational data to outcomes
- Proficiency with planning and tracking tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market partners
