Senior Digital and Web Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Guild is looking for a Senior Digital and Web Marketing Manager to lead the corporate web presence and paid media programs. The role involves owning web management, running paid advertising programs, and executing day-to-day website operations.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities include website strategy and execution, paid channel execution, and conversion and performance. The role requires managing paid digital advertising campaigns, building and scaling digital ABM programs, and driving website conversion optimization.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on work in web management and paid media. They should be comfortable making front-end edits in HTML/CSS and have experience with CMS platforms and web content management workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on work in web management and paid media
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
• Comfortable making front-end edits in HTML/CSS, implementing scripts and pixels via tag manager, and working with a dev agency to QA and ship web changes
• Experience with CMS platforms (ideally headless CMS) and web content management workflows
• Solid analytical skills: able to build reports, interpret data, and make optimization decisions independently
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail; able to juggle multiple workstreams across stakeholders
