Client Success Account Manager

Wellhub is hiring a Client Success Account Manager to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, upselling, and cross-selling, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has prior experience in client-facing roles, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in both Portuguese and English.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed
• Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently
• Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment
• Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English
