Director of People Operations

Role Overview

Join Wellhub as a Director of People Operations to play a key role in scaling and strengthening our People Operations across Europe. You’ll help drive operational excellence, build scalable people processes, and shape how we support our teams across our European offices.

What You Will Do

Lead people operations for Europe, oversee our expanding people operations team, design new and improve current People Operations processes & tools, and ensure HR compliance with regulations in EU countries where Wellhub operates.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency
• 8+ years of strategic and/or generalist experience building and leading people operations
• A great people leader with a track record of developing talent
• Data-driven approach
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of legal and employment compliance matters
• Proficiency with Google Apps
• Experience with Works Councils highly preferred
• Experience with Workday is highly preferred
