Senior Business Operations Analyst | Revenue Assurance

Role Overview

The Senior Business Operations Analyst will work in the Revenue Assurance area, responsible for protecting the accuracy and integrity of Wellhub’s billing and revenue flows. The role will involve incident analysis, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and operating the RAID tool.

What You Will Do

Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents, identify anomalies, and provide clarifications. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to address potential revenue assurance issues. Operate and maintain the RAID tool, including running discrepancy analyses and supporting other teams in its use.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices, and be comfortable using AI tools to speed up data analysis. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, and a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition.
