Application Engineer, GTM Systems

Role Overview

As part of HackerOne’s Go-to-Market Operations team, the Application Engineer, GTM Systems will help design, build, and support the systems that power how our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams operate. You’ll focus on hands-on development and integration across our Salesforce ecosystem and connected applications, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to work more efficiently.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, build and support integrations, identify and implement automation opportunities, manage system changes with stability in mind, troubleshoot and document solutions, collaborate on requirements and delivery, and support testing, deployment, and release cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or GTM systems engineering, administration, or development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and platform automation (Flows, Apex, SOQL, Workato, or equivalent).
• Experience building and maintaining GTM system integrations across tools such as Luminance, Slack, Marketo, 6sense, or data enrichment platforms.
• Strong understanding of data models and APIs in the context of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
