Role Overview
The Finance Business Partner will provide financial planning, forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support across Global Quality, EHS & Engineering, Strategy, Operations, and QSC Central Functions.

The role combines strong FP&A capability, financial governance, business partnering, and data analytics expertise to support senior stakeholders in driving business performance.

Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- 12-15 years of finance experience with strong FP&A and business partnering background
- Proven experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and performance management
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
- Experience with SAP and finance planning/reporting systems
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and governance controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
