Head of Go to Market Transformation

Role Overview

As Head of Product Management Go-To-Market Transformation, you will be accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of Haleon’s GTM Transformation programme. You will translate GTM strategy into a clear product roadmap and ensure solutions are adopted, scaled, and embedded across markets and organisational units.

What You Will Do

You will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Go-To-Market Transformation programme, ensuring Next Best Action, Retail Execution, Salesforce, and pharmacy capabilities operate as an integrated product set. You will also ensure GTM products deliver measurable improvements in sales effectiveness, execution quality, and productivity.

You will act as the primary product partner for Commercial, Sales, Pharmacy, and GTM leadership, building alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Digital & Technology, and Organisational Units. You will communicate progress, trade-offs, and realised value clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading Product Management initiatives within sales, commercial, customer engagement, go-to-market, or related business domains.
• Experience delivering digital products that improve execution, productivity, customer engagement, or sales effectiveness.
• Commercial and operational understanding, with experience supporting product investment decisions, prioritisation, and trade-off discussions.
• Ability to build alignment and influence stakeholders across complex organisations.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales force enablement, retail execution, pharmacy, customer engagement, or go-to-market transformation.
