As a Senior Brand Manager Respiratory & Therapeutic Skin Health, you will play a critical role in driving market execution excellence and business performance across a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands. You will be accountable for delivering business objectives through rigorous management of brand performance, P&L, forecasting, investment optimization, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related.
• 7+ years of experience across Brand Marketing, Category Management and Commercial roles within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG or OTC industries.
• Proven track record of delivering business results through effective execution and performance management.
• Strong analytical acumen with proven ability to translate data into business decisions and actions.
• Experience managing business performance, P&L and marketing investments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong learning agility, resilience, and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
