Role Overview
The Senior Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst supports the FPCRA organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and controllership support across the full finance cycle.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include actuals, reporting, and controllership support, planning, forecasting & outlook, performance analytics & insight, and cross FPCRA collaboration.

Requirements
- Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in financial controlling and planning roles within multinational companies
- Experience in finance analysis, planning & forecasting, or controllership-related roles
- Knowledge of controllership, accounting, financial planning, and forecasting, good understanding of P&L and balance sheet
- Analytical skills with a good understanding of financial data, continuous improvement mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to work within control frameworks
- Exposure to FP&A tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms
- Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
- Experience in a hub-based or shared services finance model is an advantage
