Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior AI / Automation Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise platforms. You’ll be solving complex real-world business problems using AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
What You Will Do
Build and deploy production-grade AI and automation solutions, design agentic workflows, develop document understanding, classification, extraction, and reasoning capabilities, and integrate AI services with large-scale enterprise applications.

Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience delivering production AI applications
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agentic systems, and tool-calling architectures
- Strong experience building APIs and distributed systems
- Understanding of observability, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Experience taking AI solutions from concept through enterprise deployment
