Corporate FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The Corporate FP&A Manager will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to provide financial decision support for strategic initiatives, technology investments, productivity improvements, and operational transformation efforts. The role will involve preparing executive-level financial narratives documentation, delivering RCM-focused financial analysis and reporting, and assisting in the design and development of KPI dashboards.

What You Will Do

The Corporate FP&A Manager will develop metrics and deliver insights to drive meaningful improvement in payor disallowances and patient non-payment. The role will involve leading financial planning activities for RCM, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and long-range strategic planning.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive experience within the FP&A function at corporate or multi-divisional level, preferably with RCM or Healthcare Finance focus. The role requires demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as experience with financial reporting systems and close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive experience within FP&A function at corporate or multi-divisional level, preferably with RCM or Healthcare Finance focus
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with financial reporting systems and close processes
