Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and improvement of the enterprise-wide Salesforce instance for the Evaluation Department at Harlem Children’s Zone.
What You Will Do
Serve as primary system administrator, handle administrative functions, implement data quality best practices, and perform data uploads.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant education and equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, or have completed the Admin Beginner and Intermediate trail on Trailhead
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience in Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Analytics Cloud
- Experience with data migration and data management tools (e.g., Demand Tools)
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong data management abilities
- Be an active Trailhead learner
