Role Overview

As the Lead for Business and Sales Operations for Software Products, you will manage all operational data ensuring alignment across product, sales, and finance, providing transparency for all leadership stakeholders. This role is accountable for creating a unified operating rhythm across planning, Head Count, cost, sales operations, reporting, and executive decision support.

What You Will Do

Lead the team responsible for smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations, maintain high-quality operational data, and provide sales insights that enable leadership decision-making and business continuity. Establish disciplined governance and reliable processes to enable the Software Products Business Unit to operate predictably, scale effectively, and achieve its strategic and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing or guiding business operations, sales operations, or cross-functional execution teams
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pipeline, contracts, bookings, invoices, revenue forecasting, and actuals tracking
  • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems, with a focus on data quality, reporting, and governance
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, reporting outputs, KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance views
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Finance, Product, Business Growth, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and BU leadership in a global, cross-cultural environment
  • High attention to detail and rigor in data accuracy, governance, process discipline, and operational accountability
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, process improvements, and corrective actions
