Role Overview
The Sales Operations Associate will follow up on drop shipments, provide visibility to the commercial Harman team, and support the operations team by executing supply plans to meet customers’ needs.
What You Will Do
Document, send, and inform about new bookings to the International Trade team, provide weekly DI shipments reports, and validate documents to ensure shipments can be invoiced.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Economics, or a related field
- Graduated, experience as supply or operations analyst is a plus
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in Mexico
