Harness is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through events and partner programs. The successful candidate will translate regional sales goals into programs that deliver real results, combining field events and partner campaigns to strengthen how Harness lands in key markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events that directly generated pipeline.
- Comfort managing multiple programs simultaneously — you’re organized and don’t need to be told what to do next.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Partner teams to tie marketing activity to revenue.
- Analytical instinct: you measure what matters and cut what doesn’t.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Background in DevOps, cloud, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
