Role Overview
The Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Technology leads delivery of cross-functional programs for Harvey’s go-to-market systems, ensuring they are well planned, coordinated, and delivered on time.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery of Business Technology’s most strategic lead-to-cash programs, align cross-functional program teams, coordinate delivery across teams, surface risks, and give leadership clear visibility into program health.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role
- Experience leading at least one quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, or billing systems program end to end
- Working knowledge of GTM systems such as Salesforce and how they connect
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment on process and comfort with ambiguity
