Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and the rest of the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience managing release processes, feature flags, or deployment coordination
• Strong analytics skills—comfortable with tools like PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar
• Proven ability to build and improve processes from scratch
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; you make complex things clear
• Bias toward automation; you’d rather build a system than do something manually twice
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working
