Role Overview

Haus is a causal marketing platform that needs an Event & Field Marketing Lead to own events end to end, designing experiences that authentically communicate who Haus is and what they stand for. The role involves partnering with marketing leadership, running end-to-end execution, and owning the event marketing budget.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include defining event marketing strategy, owning the full slate of events, running end-to-end execution, owning the event marketing budget, and partnering with Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR on target account selection, pre-event outreach, on-site coverage, and post-event follow-up.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate is someone who has 5-7 years of experience in field/event marketing, a track record of getting Sales to show up and follow through, and experience running a portfolio of formats at once. They should be comfortable operating without a finished playbook and be willing to bring structure to ambiguity.
