Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Director of Product Marketing and Communications to join our team in Holland, MI. As a Director of Product Marketing and Communications, you will shape how Haworth brings innovation to market, connects with customers, and strengthens its position as a premium global brand.

What You Will Do

In this highly visible marketing leadership role, you will lead the Product Marketing & Communications function, translating product innovation and customer insights into compelling go-to-market strategies, differentiated market positioning, and impactful brand storytelling.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role is also responsible for aligning and advancing critical functions within the New Product Introduction (NPI) ecosystem, including Product Marketing, Field and Dealer Training, Field and Dealer Communications, and Technical Communications, ensuring a cohesive customer experience and effective go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 12 years of proven experience leading product marketing, market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement initiatives within complex B2B, manufacturing, premium consumer, or design-focused organizations
• 7+ years of direct leadership experience guiding managers and professional teams while partnering across sales, product management, digital marketing, creative, and business leadership functions
• Ability to travel 25% of the time, including internationally
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product management, digital marketing, creative, and executive leadership teams
• Experience developing product positioning, market differentiation, and go-to-market strategies for complex products, services, or customer solutions
