Hawx Pest Control is a technology-driven company that is revolutionizing the pest management industry. We are seeking a skilled Retention Customer Solutions Specialist who can help us retain our existing customers and drive sales growth.

Requirements

• Handle inbound calls from customers who are considering canceling their services or have other concerns
• Use active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and find the best solutions to address them
• Provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers’ situations
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive retention and upsell additional products or services
• Meet or exceed retention and sales targets
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation
