Role Overview
10+ years of experience in Automotive, Auto Tier-1, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing. Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal/WinCC, S7 PLCs, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi PLCs, Kepware, ThingWorx, MES platforms, and ERP integrations.
What You Will Do
Lead OT, Automation, MES, IIoT, and Smart Factory programs from design through go-live and stabilization. Drive integration of PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, robotics, machine vision, AGVs/AMRs, and connected shop-floor systems.

Requirements
- 10+ years in Automotive, Auto Tier-1, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal/WinCC, S7 PLCs, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi PLCs, Kepware, ThingWorx, MES platforms, and ERP integrations
- Strong understanding of Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, MQTT, IIoT, OT architectures, and ISA-95 integration models
- Experience with robotics, CNC/SPM equipment, assembly automation, vision systems, warehouse automation, and plant-wide digitalization initiatives
