Role Overview
This role will be based out of Jacksonville, FL and have remote flexibility with an in-office presence as needed. The Inside Sales Representative will facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities or upsell via phone, email, or other electronic communication.
What You Will Do
Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing, facilitates the sales process through project management, tracks open sales orders, issues resolution, and overall customer service and support.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales/Sales Support experience
- Business to business (B2B) Sales Experience
- Organizational skills & Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable in a OUTBOUND Phone Call environment
- Independent and Accountable Self Starter
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
