Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Field Marketing Manager to own and grow Healthee’s presence in the field. You’ll lead our trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and client activations, bringing our brand to life and creating meaningful opportunities for Sales.

What You Will Do

Own the strategy, planning, and execution of trade shows and conferences, including booth strategy, staffing, logistics, and travel. Plan and execute Healthee-hosted events, including broker dinners, employer roundtables, workshops, and open-enrollment activations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally in benefits, healthcare, insurance, or SaaS.
• Proven experience owning trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events from planning through execution.
• A strong understanding of how field marketing supports sales, builds relationships, and generates pipeline.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging brokers, HR leaders, executives, and internal teams.
• Experience using CRM and event management platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly to support events and field marketing initiatives.
