The Sr. Marketing Analyst will utilize business knowledge, problem solving, and analytical skills to develop quantitative analysis to drive multi-channel strategies for the Marketing Analytics team and help to prove out the ROI of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data to create actionable insights that can be leveraged by marketing managers to improve the performance of our marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and automate campaign performance reporting including reports showing the ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze large data sets using SQL tools, analysis software (SAS), and Web Analytic Tools.
  • Support a variety of marketing efforts that require list segmentation and validation such as direct mail and email marketing.
  • Identify redundancies and efficiencies to minimize manual processes by developing automated solutions such as self-service dashboards.
  • Conduct population and member analysis to start to develop different member and prospect profiles based on available data to allow for better targeting of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to help enhance the consumer funnel.
