Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, this leader will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership, bringing together financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and insights across our integrated health system.

What You Will Do

The Vice President will lead the consolidation of enterprise financial plans and forecasts, strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and long-term organizational sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Ten (10) years of progressive finance experience
• Formal people leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading change management and transformation initiatives
• Deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, and core finance practices
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in complex organizational environments
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting systems, financial reporting tools, and related financial technologies
