Role Overview

The Sales Operations Senior Associate is responsible for developing and supporting our Sales processes, tools, and analytics. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you will assist in managing the day to day operational needs of the Sales team as well as in developing processes, implementing tools, and building analytics assets to ensure that we are continually improving operational efficiency and driving commercial success.

What You Will Do

Assist in driving our commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and implementation of our Sales processes and CRM, support regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting, work directly with Commercial Operations leaders to administer Sales team Incentive Compensation Plans, help identify opportunities for process improvement, and design and build reports and dashboards within our CRM and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS environment
  • Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus
  • Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including comfort with Pivot tables and charts
  • Comfort with manipulating data including experience using and writing SQL queries
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets and/or in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight
