Senior Product-Led CRO Consultant – Freelance

Role Overview

The role is for a senior, product-minded CRO expert to build and own the experimentation engine across Product, Data, and Technology. The ideal candidate will have experience driving experimentation across product, UX, and business challenges, and will be able to build a scalable experimentation process, prioritisation frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include building and owning Holidog’s CRO operating system, creating a framework to collect, organise, and prioritise ideas across teams, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation plans, and analysing user behaviour and business performance using data.
