Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced finance planning and cost analyst to join our team. The role involves coordinating activities of team members, developing cost estimates, and tracking budget/cost performance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include price/cost proposal coordination, budget/cost performance tracking, and assisting the finance department with financial analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and/or training
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing/engineering companies preferred
- Experience in Program/Contract based costing environments
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
