Role Overview
Join our Product Growth team to help build the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates. Growth at Heidi isn’t about metric hacks or dark patterns, but about deeply understanding why users love Heidi and protecting and strengthening that at every touchpoint.
What You Will Do
Define the approach and strategy for your pod, develop a clear understanding of Heidi’s future state, and identify the obstacles between today and making that vision a reality. Analyse user behaviour, run experiments, and evangelise your work by sharing customer stories and building dashboards.

Requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent design thinking
- Intellectual curiosity & an obsessive learner
- A strong bias for action
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using data, experimentation, and data informed decision making
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to distil complex analysis into actionable insights
- Bonus experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high growth startups
