FP&A Lead

Role Overview

The FP&A Lead will coordinate and supervise daily team activities, drive transformations, and oversee the integration of financial software and tools. They will ensure processes and controls are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements.

What You Will Do

The daily tasks may include coordinating and supervising daily team activities, playing a key role in driving transformations, and overseeing the integration of financial software and tools.

You are a good match if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting, CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired, and minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting or similar
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired
• minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis
• at least 4 years in managing people (preferably expert teams)
• good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles
• business acumen, analytical skills, decision-making skills, change management skills, accountability
• great relationship builder – ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, as well as senior management
• English B2/C1 written and verbal communication skills
