We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Manager – Commercial Trade Terms to maximize the return on our £80m Trade Terms investment and embed strong Revenue Management principles across our Off Trade business. You’ll define and deliver the Trade Terms and Joint Value Creation Agreement (JVCA) strategy, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to optimise investment, improve profitability, and strengthen commercial capabilities across teams.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver a 3–5 year Trade Terms and JVCA strategy aligned to business and customer goals
- Localise the Global Trade Terms Framework into a clear, practical UK model
- Define and optimise investment levels across trade term categories to maximise ROI
- Lead and govern the Off Trade approach, shaping JVCAs in line with customer segmentation
- Partner with Sales to influence customers and implement Trade Terms changes effectively
- Own annual RADAR analysis and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Work with Finance and Marketing on investment recommendations and brand pricing strategy
- Monitor and report on profitability and trade term structures across key customers
- Drive cross-functional capability and process improvements to enhance revenue and efficiency
- Lead the Terms strategy for legislative changes and ensure audit compliance on JVCAs
