Product Manager, CRO

Role Overview

The Product Manager, CRO plays a pivotal role within the International department, responsible for driving marketing enablement and conversion rate optimisation across our international markets. You’ll report to our VP of International.

What You Will Do

Lead ongoing experimentation efforts to identify site improvements with statistical significance, encompassing strategic testing, UX enhancements, pricing/discounting and messaging optimisation. Utilise data-driven insights obtained from regular analysis of user behaviour and A/B testing results to generate actionable recommendations, facilitating evidence-based decisions for optimising conversion rates.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Have at least 5 years of product management and/or growth experience. Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up growth or CRO work, such as analysing data, generating test ideas or prototyping pages. Have worked in startups/scale-ups that are growing rapidly.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of product management and/or growth experience
• hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up growth or CRO work
• experience working in startups/scale-ups that are growing rapidly
• hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimisation on landing pages
• deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
• extremely analytical/data-driven, and experience working with data sets to derive insights and set priorities
• experience working successfully with great designers and engineers
• demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
