Role Overview
Act as primary HR contact and trusted advisor in the distribution centre, partnering with site leadership and employees to drive people-centric initiatives and ensure compliance.
What You Will Do
Handle operational HR matters, provide leadership coaching and advice, handle employee relations cases, and support recruitment and HR projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, have demonstrable operational HR experience, and be able to communicate excellently in writing and verbally.
Requirements
- Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Have demonstrable operational HR experience, ideally in a production or logistics environment
- Organise well, prioritise, and handle multiple tasks at once
- Resolve conflict and manage stakeholders effectively
- Know HR practices, policies, and employment law, and have experience in HRIS
- Communicate excellently in writing and verbally, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Solve problems proactively and analytically, using data to improve site performance
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgement
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – ideally the GSuite)
- Workday experience would be advantageous, but not essential!
