Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead the marketing function by translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies and execution while supporting the organization’s transformation following multiple acquisitions. This role will strengthen brand positioning, improve demand generation, align marketing and sales, and establish scalable marketing frameworks that drive sustainable business growth across the Australian market.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives, lead integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives, translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies and execution plans, and oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.

Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in executive marketing leadership or a comparable senior marketing role
- Proven experience leading strategic marketing functions within technology, SaaS, professional services, or related industries
- Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing
- Demonstrated success developing and executing demand generation and lead generation strategies
- Experience aligning marketing and sales functions to improve commercial outcomes
- Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, governance, budgeting, and performance management
- Experience overseeing marketing transformation, organizational change, or post-acquisition integration initiatives is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, paid media, and organic growth strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fractional capacity
- Experience working independently as an Independent Contractor is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Australian market, including local business practices and stakeholder engagement, is highly desirable
