Role Overview

HelloKindred is seeking a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager who can operate at the intersection of strategic marketing, partner marketing, and hands-on campaign delivery. The role requires a strong marketing mindset, the ability to turn complexity into clear and compelling campaigns, and the confidence to work across senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in delivery.

What You Will Do

Drive the end-to-end development and activation of integrated B2B partner marketing campaigns, shape campaign positioning, narratives, content, and messaging, and use data and insights to continually assess campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, experience in partner/alliance marketing, and strong strategic marketing capabilities, including positioning, messaging, content strategy, and translating complex propositions into compelling campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience within professional services, technology, cloud, business transformation, or similarly complex environments
• Experience in partner/alliance marketing combined with strong campaign strategy, integrated marketing, content, or demand generation capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to personally drive campaigns end-to-end, rather than solely coordinating activities or executing centrally developed programs
• Strong strategic marketing capabilities, including positioning, messaging, content strategy, and translating complex propositions into compelling campaigns
• Ability to operate as both an orchestrator and a doer, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on
• Strong practical understanding of AI and how it can systematically improve marketing workflows, decision-making, measurement, and efficiency, beyond basic content generation
• Comfortable working virtually across regional and global teams and multiple time zones
• Consultative, curious, and impact-driven, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
