Learning and Onboarding Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Learning and Onboarding Enablement Manager, you will own the day-to-day design and delivery of onboarding, leadership, and learning programmes, turning strategy into effective experiences on the ground as we scale rapidly. You will be one of the first people new joiners meet during their first days at Helsing, and a key part of the team ensuring the systems behind that experience operate seamlessly.

What You Will Do

Deliver Helsing’s in-person onboarding programme in Munich, coordinate programme logistics, support new joiners and managers, maintain and expand our knowledge base, build learning materials, align cross-functionally with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, measure and iterate, and support self-serve learning.

Requirements

• Facilitate and present onboarding sessions with clarity
• Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and keep them on track
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative feedback, including survey data
• Build, structure, and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation
• Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Speak German and English fluently
