Role Overview

Henry Lamotte Services GmbH is a medium-sized family business looking for a Digital Solutions & AI Automation Specialist to work closely with departments, connect business requirements with technological solutions, and drive automation and digitalization forward.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and develop ERP and CRM systems, build and integrate data architectures, develop low-code/no-code solutions, ensure data integration, and analyze and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, IT, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and modern data platforms
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, particularly in process analysis
• Interest and first practical experience in the use of AI systems, agents, and automation solutions
• Programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage, e.g. working with Visual Studio Code; basics in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, AL or similar technologies
