Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing, Paid Ads, CRO & Technical SEO Manager to own and optimize our digital customer acquisition, advertising performance, website conversion rates, and organic search visibility.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will manage and optimize six-figure advertising budgets, analyze ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and conversion data, create high-converting advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and improve Shopify website performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, and e-commerce growth.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, and Google.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and conversion rate optimization.
• Proven experience with technical SEO, preferably on Shopify websites.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and advertising analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving return on advertising spend.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and recommend practical improvements.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create high-quality advertising visuals and website content.
• Strong visual design instincts and understanding of effective advertising creative.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing projects, and meet deadlines.
