Senior Analyst, FP&A GBS

Role Overview

Provide financial analysis and operational support for GBS and Corporate for the EMEA region. Consolidate, validate, and analyze financial data to support monthly close, forecasting, and business planning activities.

What You Will Do

Generate financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using OneStream, Oracle, and other reporting tools. Support budget and forecast cycles by providing financial insights, validating assumptions, and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical reporting.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems such as OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP/EPM platforms.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis principles and concepts.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial controls.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple markets.

• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
