Role Overview

The Customer Operations Director supports front-of-the-house processes, customer service, and maximizing revenue as a leader on the Customer Operations team.

Actively fosters a culture that provides the ‘Best in Class’ service, partners with the Airport General Manager, and drives the sales process to create a dynamic, customer-focused organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations Management, with a Bachelor’s Degree, and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
