Role Overview
This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Designs, plans, develops and manages a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Independently leads and drives the end-to-end product strategy and operational product roadmap for many complex products or product portfolios. Creates and articulates the value proposition, target customer segments and business cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study; MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of work experience in related field
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.
- Translation of technical requirements/functions into business value for the customer.
- Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others.
- Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
- Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
- Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
- Communicates effectively and can tailor message to various audiences.
- Ability to engage with analysts and industry experts.
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and can provide product specific technical training to the team.
