Role Overview

The Manager, Business Operations, Strategy & Design, and End-to-End Program Management plays a key leadership role within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation Office. This position is responsible for translating strategic business priorities into executable transformation initiatives, operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

The role combines business strategy, organizational design, operational excellence, and program leadership to enable successful transformation, new product introductions (NPI), and long-term business growth. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and deliver results in dynamic business environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business operations, strategy, product commercialization, consulting, or related disciplines
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within large, matrixed, or global organizations
• Demonstrated success delivering programs from strategy and planning through implementation and stabilization
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes across teams and organizational boundaries
