Market Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

This Market Intelligence Analyst role is designed to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week. The role is responsible for defining high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional, and operational level. The analyst will establish and manage cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design, and architecture strategies.

What You Will Do

The Market Intelligence Analyst will independently develop solutions for projects, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge. They will interpret data received from junior individual contributors and develop recommendations that optimize performance. The analyst will lead cross-functional project teams, provide mentoring and guidance, and own strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution.

Requirements

• First level university degree or equivalent experience
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends
